"We engaged Scott Steel and Scott Concrete for the construction and assembly of essential infrastructure for the Harte Gold “Sugar Zone Mine”. The foundations and steel erection construction period coincided with the brutality of a northern Ontario winter providing some of the harshest possible conditions for this work. SS/SC proved that despite the tough conditions their team on site were committed to completing work that was safety first, well organized and equally importantly cost and schedule transparent with the unavoidable need to heat and hoard as they worked. The result was a scope of work which was completed in an expedient timeframe with, significantly, no lost time injuries. "Scott Steel Erectors were awarded a number of significant contracts for the demolition, erection and cladding of two new head frame structures at the Potash Corporation mine at Rocanville Saskatchewan. The contracts were part of a major expansion project of one of the world’s largest potash mines.
